Pork steak with salad and fruit

 

We need

1 pork steak (4 oz)

For the marinade:
1/4 bottle of white wine
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 chopped parsley sprig
1/2 rosemary sprig
1/2 leaf of laurel
pepper

Accompany with:
1 cup of salad
1 serving fruit of choice

 Preparation

Remove the visible fat from the steak, wash it and dry it with absorbent paper.

Then put in an owl the marinade materials and add in the steak, making sure it is covered. Cover the bowl with transparent membrane and put it in the fridge for 2-3  hours.

Then remove the bowl from the fridge, drain the steak from the marinade and grill it turning it from both sides for 15 minutes.

Serve accompanying it with 1 cup of salad.
