Chicken flambe with salad
 
What we need: 
1 chicken filet (3 oz) 
1/2 whet of cognac 
2 teaspoons flour for all purposes
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
salt 
1 wax paper 

Accompany with: 
1 cup of salad
 
 
 
 
 
 
Wash the chicken filet, dry it with absorbent paper and cut it in balls.

Preheat the oven in 180o C. 

In a bowl add the flour, the thyme, salt and 6-7 tablespoons of water. Mix them to become a mush.

Then coat the chicken pieces of chicken with the mush, put them in a baking pan cover wit wax paper and bake them in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, making sure that you turn them frequently to brown uniformly. 

Then remove them from the oven and put them on a plate, pour over them the cognac and light them carefully with a match. 

When the flame extinguishes, serve, accompanying with 1 cup of salad.
